1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and PopcornAI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of GlobalShot and related services.

By accessing or using GlobalShot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and changes take effect when published unless a later date is stated.

2. Service Description

GlobalShot is a career support service for software and technology professionals applying to visa sponsorship jobs in Dubai, the GCC, and other countries. The service may include an AI-assisted job application sprint with human review, CV and LinkedIn feedback, job matching support, recruiter outreach templates, application tracking, interview preparation, and guidance on avoiding fake recruiters or job scams.

GlobalShot helps users prepare and manage their own job applications more effectively. You remain responsible for deciding where to apply, what to submit, what to communicate, and whether to accept any opportunity.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be at least 18 years old to use GlobalShot. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and profile information and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the service, interfere with security, or create legal, operational, or reputational risk.

4. No Legal or Immigration Advice

GlobalShot does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or government filing advice. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser, visa consultant, government representative, or accredited immigration representative.

Any information about visas, sponsorship, relocation, hiring practices, scam avoidance, or application strategy is general career-support information only. You should consult qualified professionals or official government sources for legal, immigration, tax, or visa matters.

5. Not a Recruiter, Employer, or Visa Processor

GlobalShot is not a recruitment agency, staffing agency, employer, job placement service, visa sponsor, or visa processing service. We do not submit visa applications, represent you before employers or government authorities, sponsor visas, process work permits, or make hiring decisions.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, relocation, visa sponsorship, visa approval, or any immigration outcome.

6. No Agency Relationship

No employment, contractor, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, attorney-client, recruiter-candidate, immigration representative, or agency relationship is created by these Terms or by your use of GlobalShot.

Unless we separately agree in writing, GlobalShot does not act on your behalf, submit applications for you, contact employers or recruiters as your representative, negotiate offers, verify job offers, or communicate with government authorities for you.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the materials you provide and submit to third parties. You agree not to submit false employment history, false credentials, misleading salary information, unauthorized references, or materials that infringe another person's rights.

You are responsible for independently verifying employers, recruiters, job posts, offers, contracts, fees, visa claims, relocation requests, and any third-party communications. Guidance on avoiding scams is informational only and cannot verify every opportunity or communication.

8. AI-Assisted Outputs and Human Review

GlobalShot may use AI systems and human reviewers to generate, rewrite, summarize, evaluate, or organize career materials. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable suggestions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any CV, LinkedIn text, outreach message, application answer, interview response, or other output before using it. We do not warrant that any output will satisfy an employer, recruiter, government authority, or platform rule.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the CVs, profiles, documents, messages, preferences, and other materials you submit to GlobalShot ("User Content").

Solely to operate and provide the service, you grant PopcornAI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your User Content. This license is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide GlobalShot, improve service quality, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it and that its use with GlobalShot does not violate law or third-party rights.

10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Some GlobalShot services may require payment. Prices, included deliverables, timing, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at the point of purchase or in the applicable offer. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the stated charges.

Unless a specific offer says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, fees for completed or already-started service work are non-refundable. If a refund policy applies to a specific plan, sprint, subscription, or package, that policy controls for that purchase.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use GlobalShot to:

• submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful application materials;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, experience, authorization, or credentials;
• harass, spam, scrape, or abuse recruiters, employers, users, or our systems;
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, or interfere with service security;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission;
• violate applicable law, platform rules, employer rules, or third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services and Opportunities

GlobalShot may reference job boards, employer websites, recruiters, communications tools, payment processors, AI providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services. We do not control third-party services, job posts, recruiters, employers, offers, or decisions, and we are not responsible for their actions, terms, policies, availability, or content.

13. Intellectual Property

The GlobalShot name, logo, website, service design, software, workflows, templates, prompts, and related technology are owned by PopcornAI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GlobalShot for your personal career search and application preparation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create competing services from GlobalShot materials without written permission.

14. Disclaimers

GlobalShot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability for any employment, visa, relocation, or immigration outcome.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any materials, recommendations, templates, or outputs will produce a particular result.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopcornAI LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, employment outcomes, visa outcomes, reputational harm, or third-party actions arising from your use of GlobalShot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for all claims relating to GlobalShot will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PopcornAI LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of GlobalShot, User Content, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty days.

Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GlobalShot at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use GlobalShot ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
