Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for GlobalShot purchases operated by PopcornAI LLC.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If you are not satisfied with a GlobalShot purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order completion date.

Refunds may be denied where we determine that the request involves fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or excessive use inconsistent with a good-faith refund request.

If you do not see any visible results during your paid subscription period and can demonstrate that you followed our recommended process and policy, you may request a refund for that paid period.

To qualify, you must show good-faith use of the service as directed during the paid period — for example, that you reviewed and submitted the applications, CV updates, and cover letters prepared for you. Requests that do not demonstrate use consistent with this policy may be declined.

You may also contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net for payment, receipt, and refund assistance.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

GlobalShot does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, relocation, visa sponsorship, visa approval, or any immigration outcome. Dissatisfaction with an employment or visa outcome does not extend the refund window.
