Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with a GlobalShot purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order completion date.
Refunds may be denied where we determine that the request involves fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or excessive use inconsistent with a good-faith refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@globalshot.co with the email address used for your purchase and a short description of the issue.
You may also contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net for payment, receipt, and refund assistance.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
GlobalShot does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, relocation, visa sponsorship, visa approval, or any immigration outcome. Dissatisfaction with an employment or visa outcome does not extend the refund window.
